Booking & Refund Policies

CalCo Travel has provided a summary of cancellation fees below. The date of cancellation is the date from which we receive your request for trip cancellation in writing, or by phone. CalCo Travel also offers travel insurance, please contact us for information and rates.

 

Cancellation Guidelines

Unless otherwise indicated on individual trips, cancellation penalties apply to passengers under the following conditions :

 

• If the trip is cancelled within 30 days of the departure, a full refund will be given.
• If the trip is cancelled less than 20 days of the departure, the Agency will retain $50 for Agency's time and refund balance.
• If the trip is cancelled less than 10 days of the departure, the passenger will not receive any reimbursement.
• Travel Insurance premiums are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellation Guidelines for Airfare and Cruises

Cancellation penalties apply to airfare and cruises and are outlined below :

 

• Airfare is non-refundable.
• Cruises cancelled less than 80 days out, a $250 deposit will be forfeited, plus a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cruises cancelled 60 days out, 50% of cruise is forfeited, plus a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cruises cancelled 30 days out, no refund will be issued.
• Travel Insurance premiums are non-refundable and non-transferable.
